Installation

Download the plugin for your software, run it once, and the export option appears inside your CSI software on next launch.

Download the plugin installer
Choose the installer for your software from the viewers section above. Each is a separate download — ETABS, SAP2000, Bridge Express Viewer, or Bridge Express Report Viewer.

Run the installer
Close your CSI software first. Run the installer — it detects the installed software automatically and places the plugin in the correct location. No configuration required.

Restart your CSI software
Open ETABS (or SAP2000 / Bridge Express). The Prism export option now appears under the Tools menu or a new Prism toolbar button, depending on the software.

Export your model
With your model open, click Export to Prism Viewer. Choose a save location. The plugin generates a .prism file — this is the file you upload to the Prism web app.

Open the viewer
Open the viewer in any browser. Upload your exported file. The model renders in 3D.

Share when needed
Click the Share button to generate a link. The recipient opens it in their browser to view the geometry. Pro subscribers can share results and reports as well.
System requirements: Windows 10 or 11  ·  ETABS v21+, SAP2000 v24+, or Bridge Express v1.0+ must be installed  ·  Internet connection required for upload and sharing  ·  Viewing works offline after upload
